Absolutely, we understand these things can happen. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve purchased a few things from Meshki. Most of the items I bought are great and they usually fit true to size. The team and I have communicated via email quite a bit, and each exchange has been pleasant and beneficial. This time, Claire responded promptly. She took immediate action on my request for a store credit so I could benefit from the current sale. She also added a small bonus to the credit as an apology for her brief delay in responding. But given that this occurred over the holiday season, I understood why I didn’t hear back right away. Happy to continue buying from them in future.

Online purchase of two dresses, lengthy delivery period, and discovery that one of the dresses is defective upon arrival Sadly, I have sent two emails with pictures and have received no response from them. I expected better customer service since Meshki isn’t cheap and I’m extremely disappointed.

I purchased a top from MESHKI, and after wearing it for only 15 minutes, the strap broke and the diamonds started to fall off. This unfortunately left the top unwearable. I contacted the customer service team, and they were initially helpful in setting up the return; however, despite being promised this, trying to actually get my refund issued has proven to be impossible. I have sent numerous emails requesting that the refund be issued since the product was returned months ago, but I have not yet received a response to any of them. The clothes are nice but I would say purchasing isn’t worth it if you risk having to get in touch with their Customer Services team, especially considering how much money the clothes cost.

I bought a dress for my Christmas party. Even though I’m only 5’5″ and the model is 5’10”, the dress didn’t fit me and came up shorter on me, so I had to pay an additional $10 to return it, on top of the money I had already paid for the dress. Weeks later, when I still hadn’t received a refund, I discovered that this shady company only offers store credit. This business could not care less about its customers, especially during the holiday season. What if you decide not to shop there again? I don’t understand how any online retailer can provide store credit rather than a full refund. Shame on this company! Avoid at all costs. How are people supposed to try items on and expect them to fit perfectly the first time?

When Meshki shipped the wrong item with one of my orders, I contacted customer service. Gil responded promptly, and after I returned the item, Gil made sure the right item was being sent. Gil graciously explained the procedure to me when I needed to return two coats because of their excessively large sizes. Gil was very helpful and clear about the return process, and I appreciate how quickly I received a response from the customer service department.

I loved the dresses, but they didn’t fit, and I didn’t realize meshki had a credit system because I hadn’t carefully read the return policy. My partner purchased two bridesmaid dresses from these for over £160 and returned them unused. What is wrong with these people that they changed their terms and conditions after she purchased their products and gave her a £76 gift card back? Unused, unopened products should be eligible for a full refund because they can be sold again. Avoid at all costs!!.

Similar experience to others. I have called and sent numerous emails asking where my refund is and have not received a response from anyone since returning my item a month ago. I would appreciate it if someone from Meshki could contact me. Shame that customers must post critical reviews in order to receive a response. Especially because some of the products are not cheap. Before they make a purchase, Meshki needs to better inform their customers that the return process takes more than 4 weeks.
