You have two options for returning merchandise purchased online: by mail or in store. All returns of online orders, whether by mail or in store,

Online Purchases:

When accompanied by an authentic Michael Kors receipt/invoice or gift receipt, we will accept the return of items that are brand-new, unused, with original tags still attached, as well as all original packaging and other components.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. Swimwear, underwear, engraved, personalized, or otherwise customized items, as well as items from our clearance section, are not eligible for returns.

Your account will be credited for the returned item(s) in the same way that you originally paid for them. The credit should appear on your next statement. An email should be sent to you confirming that the return processing is finished.

Option 1: By Mail

Exchanges cannot be facilitated by mail. To return your item(s) by mail, please follow these instructions:

  • To prepare your return for shipment back to our warehouse, adhere to the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: In Store

Initiate your in-store return by clicking the “Start a Return” link above, then adhere to the on-screen instructions to print your returns slip.

  • You can return/exchange items purchased at MichaelKors. www.michaelkors.com in any Michael Kors Store in the United States
  • You can return/exchange items purchased at MichaelKors. ca in any Michael Kors Store located in Canada.
  • At the time of the return, you must show your printed returns slip and the original form of payment.
  • Online purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order’s shipment date.
  • Exchanges made in-store are dependent on the store’s inventory levels.
  • Eligible items purchased on MichaelKors.ca for online purchases made in Canada using Afterpay Cannot be returned in-store using Afterpay; must use returns by mail instead.

Returning a Gift Purchased Online:

Online-purchased gifts can be exchanged or returned in-store with the original packing slip or gift receipt when returning by mail. Please email customer service at customerservice@michaelkors to request a pre-paid shipping label in order to return an online-purchased gift by mail. com (for the US) or customerservice@michaelkors. ca (for Canada). You will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a Michael Kors E-Gift Card (if you return by mail) or a Michael Kors Gift Card (if you return in person) for items returned with a gift receipt only.

In-Store Purchases:

Within 30 days of the original purchase, Michael Kors will accept the item(s) for a full refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
  • at the time of return or exchange, all original hangtags, packaging, and parts; and
  • Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.

Return and Exchange Restrictions:

  • No merchandise from a Michael Kors US store may be exchanged for merchandise from a Michael Kors Canada store.
  • No merchandise from a Michael Kors Canada store may be exchanged for merchandise from a Michael Kors US store.
  • It is not possible to return items bought at a lifestyle store to an outlet store or collection store.
  • It is not possible to return items bought in an outlet store to a lifestyle or collection store.
  • It is not possible to return items bought in a Collection Store to an Outlet Store or Lifestyle Store.
  • With the exception of cash and check refunds, which will be handled by mail check, price adjustments (which are not permitted in outlet stores) and refunds will be made in the original tender of the purchase.
  • Eligible merchandise purchased on MichaelKors. com and MichaelKors. Purchases made on the website or in-store using AliPay or PayPal may only be returned for a merchandise credit.
  • If you used Afterpay to purchase goods in-store in the US and they are eligible for a refund, Afterpay will be notified and will handle the necessary refunds. If a return is made without a receipt, the refund will be applied to a Michael Kors gift card, and the customer will be in charge of making the biweekly Afterpay payments.
  • Only items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or returned in-store for store credit.
  • Products purchased from other retailers cannot be exchanged or returned to Michael Kors.
  • The value of the item’s then-current in-store selling price may be exchanged for the item if it is returned without an original receipt or gift receipt. The only items that can be returned or exchanged without a receipt are those that are currently on the store’s shelves.

Within seven days of the date of purchase, Michael Kors Lifestyle and Collection Stores offer a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise. Items that have been reduced in price or put on sale are not subject to price adjustments. No price adjustments in Outlet stores.

Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits cannot be returned, replaced if lost or stolen, or exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.

Monogramming and Engraving:

Items that have been monogrammed, engraved, or otherwise personalized are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t use cleaning products on top of the monogramming.

Shipping and delivery for monogrammed and engraved items: After the monogrammed item(s) are finished, your entire order will ship. For all monogrammed and personalized orders, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Items with monograms and personalization ship separately from other items in orders and can only be shipped via standard ground service.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to request monogramming or engraving for your item after you have placed your order or after you have received your product. We request that all requests for monogramming or engraving be made at the time of ordering.

Final Sale Items:

Swimwear, underwear, face masks, engraved and monogrammed items, and clearance items are all final sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged.

3rd Party Apps:

If you bought something from a third-party app, send the item back to the return address to get your money back on your original payment method. There are no exchanges or refunds for in-store returns; only merchandise credits are given.
