We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with something you bought from Nautica com, you can return the item for a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping, handling, gift box fee, and other additional costs, within 90 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

For your convenience, items purchased online may also be returned to any Nautica outlet store location. Visit our store locator to find one nearest you.

Note: Online purchases made using different payment methods are not returnable to any of our Nautica outlet stores (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later). These purchases must be returned to the online store.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached and in their original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure credit. Please also include all paperwork, parts and accessories, if applicable.

If you request a return after the 90-day period, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Fragrance and intimate apparel are not covered by our standard return policy. These goods are final sales, so returns are not permitted.

It is not possible to return items to our online store if they were bought at a Nautica retail location, department store, specialty store, or an outlet.

Please be aware that you cannot return items to our online store if you purchased them at a Nautica outlet, department store, specialty store, or retail location. Online purchases made using different payment methods are not returnable to any of our Nautica outlet stores (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later).

To return items purchased on-line, please follow these steps:

  • When possible, securely package the item(s) in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • To ensure credit, all merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, in good condition, and with all tags still attached. In the event that a refund request does not adhere to this policy, we reserve the right to reject it.
  • From the packing slip’s bottom section, cut the return address labels, and affix them to the outside of the return package.
  • Include the item(s) with the top portion of the original packing slip. Make a copy of the packing slip for your records, please. If you are unable to send the original packing slip or a copy, please send the item(s) along with your order number, billing name, and address.
  • Please completely remove or cover the original shipping labels from the outside of the package before sending your return shipment.
  • We advise using UPS, FedEx, or another insured parcel post for your return out of an abundance of caution. The Nautica Returns Center is located at 40 Logistics Boulevard Walton, KY 41094.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept c. o. d deliveries.
  • To track delivery progress and guarantee that the package is delivered back to the warehouse, keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning.
  • Within 30 days of us receiving your returned items, you can anticipate a refund in the same payment method that you used when you made the original purchase. Please be aware that the shipping fees you paid initially will not be reimbursed.
  • Only when the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our shipping error will you be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
  • Gift returns will result in credits being given to the original buyer.

Returns Rules & Regulations

  • Your order must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • To ensure credit, the items must be returned in pristine condition with all tags still attached, in their original packaging whenever possible, and with all documentation, parts, and accessories.
  • You must enclose the top section of the packing slip (original or copy) when sending a return. Be sure to also save a copy for your records. Attach the packing slip’s return address section to the outside of your return package.
  • Other fees, such as gift box fees and shipping and handling costs, are not refundable.
  • For returned goods, we won’t accept CODs or third-party billing.
  • Please get in touch with the shipping company or our customer service department at 866-376-4184 in the event of shipping damages.
  • Within 30 days of us receiving the returned item, you can anticipate a refund in the same payment method you used when you made the purchase. The price of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not accept returns for items bought at a Nautica outlet, department store, specialty store, or retail location.
  • Items purchased at Nautica. com may be returned to any Nautica Outlet store. Visit our online store locator to find one nearest you.
