Thank you for shopping with Mytheresa. We hope that you are pleased with your order. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any purchases (including clearance items) if you are not completely satisfied for any reason.

Please adhere to the instructions for returning your order using the same shipping carrier if you need to make a return. For exchanges, please see the information at the bottom.

STEP 1 Please access the returns portal via this link: returns.mytheresa.com
STEP 2 Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown. You must complete this step in order to generate and print the returns label. For returns with Fedex, you can either print the label or obtain a QR code to show at your parcel shop and have the label printed for you.
STEP 3 Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. Please refer to the return document included in your order for details on drop-offs and pick-ups.
STEP 4 Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
HOW TO EXCHANGE If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the steps mentioned above and select your desired exchange size in the portal. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s)

• All items must be returned with the tags still on, in their original packaging, and without being worn, washed, or otherwise altered. Please remember to send your return with all product boxes and dust bags. • Since each order receives only one prepaid label, all products must be returned in the same package. • The same delivery service (DHL or FedEx) used for the initial delivery must be used for return shipments. • Orders delivered to a country must be returned from that country; for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is regrettably not free (you are responsible for paying the import and shipping costs). • Customised items cannot be returned. • The original form of payment will be credited with your refund. If you decide to return something, Mytheresa won’t refund your shipping fees. • When sending back items that were delivered in different packages, carefully pack them inside of their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

• In order to be eligible for exchange, non-faulty items must be in their original state, have all tags still attached, and not have been worn, altered, or washed. Please remember to send your return with all product boxes and dust bags. • Only the same item can be exchanged for a different size. We are unable to exchange items for ones of a different color or a completely different kind. • Please note that we only allow one size exchange of the same item. • Items must be shipped back in a single package; we reserve the right to reject multiple returns for a single order sent at various times. • The same delivery service (DHL or Fedex) must be used for exchange shipments as for the initial delivery. • Orders delivered to a country must be returned from that country in order for us to accept exchanges; for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the exchange is regrettably not free (you are responsible for paying the import and shipping costs). • Customized items cannot be returned. • Products from the LIFE category cannot be exchanged.

If you want to revoke your purchase agreement, you can do one of the following two things: REPEAL OF PURCHASE BY WAY OF RETURN If you return the items within 30 days as stated above, your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect. 2. REPEAL OF PURCHASE IN WRITTEN FORM OR OVER THE PHONE You may cancel your purchase agreement in writing within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email, fax, letter, or by calling us. Please return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us.
