The Five Below return policy gives you unlimited time to make a return.

There is literally no time limit on returns at Five Below. That means if you stumble across something in your closet that you bought five years ago and forgot about, you can still return it. As long as your item is new, unopened, and has the original tags attached, you can return it at any time.

You can return most anything that’s new, unopened, and with all tags attached.

Almost anything can be exchanged or returned to Five Below. You may return an item as long as it is brand-new, unopened, and in its original packaging. This also goes for anything you purchased from Five Below that you later find to be faulty or broken.

At Five Below, there are two ways to return items and receive a refund:

  • You can receive a refund using your original payment method (such as cash or credit back to your card) if you have the receipt or online order confirmation.
  • You may receive store credit even without a receipt.

Additionally, you have the option of exchanging a product for another. All that will be required is that it be a comparable item.

If you don’t have your Five Below receipt, you’ll get store credit.
