We’ll be happy to accept unworn, unwashed, or damaged items that you bought on Freepeople. com for return or exchange. The place of purchase must receive any Free People merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores. Please get in touch with each boutique or store to inquire about their return policy. FP MART items must be returned directly to the seller. All items returned to a Free People store must have been purchased there. Items must be accompanied by the original store sales receipt and the attached Free People price tickets. Within 30 days of delivery, if we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll credit your original form of payment. An electronic gift card from Free People will be given if it is received after 30 days. A new e-gift card will be issued and sent to you in the amount of the credit if you paid with a gift card or e-gift card. Note that e-gifts and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be aware that Free People is not liable for any incorrectly returned non-Free People merchandise. All intimate apparel must be returned in its original packaging and with the tags still on. All swimwear needs to be brand-new, unused, and with sanitary strips attached. Items from our Vintage Loves and Vintage Revival line cannot be exchanged or returned. Before making a purchase, please choose carefully and carefully review all product details and sizing. We only accept unused and unopened Beauty products back.
