JUST FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
- Enter your order number, the email address you used to place your order, or your AppleID if you paid with ApplePay, on the My Orders page.
- Print the Return Label by following the guided procedure.
- Make sure the package is secure and that the contents don’t run the risk of being damaged during shipping by packing the item(s) in the original packaging along with any instructions, documentation, and accessories that came with the product.
- Cover any previous address labels on the outside of the package with the pre-paid Return Label.
- If you’d like, you can call our customer service department at (866) 472-9226, which will generate the return label.
Visit any Lenscrafters or Ray-Ban store in the US, and a member of our staff will be happy to register your refund at the cash register.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. Within five days, the entire refund sum will be reflected in your account.
