Although Hello Molly accepts returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, you cannot get a refund. Instead, you will receive store credit that can be used to buy other items from the business.

We want to elaborate on the policy a little bit on this page. This includes detailing any product exclusions from the policy.

Most items can be returned to Hello Molly within 30 days of purchase. But unlike other businesses, they won’t issue you a refund. Instead, all returns will be dealt with using store credit. In essence, Hello Molly only permits product exchanges for items from their range.

Your orders must be returned in sellable condition in order for store credit to be issued. Any products that have hygiene issues e. g. underwear and cosmetics, cannot be sent back to Hello Molly.

Return Requirements:

  • Products have a 30-day window from the order delivery date to be returned.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • All tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, must be attached to the product.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must come in their original condition, without postal labels, and include the shoebox.
  • It is necessary to include the original dust bag and packaging when returning handbags that were sold with them.
  • Intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products like self-tanners, and Undercover Style Helpers cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

Please be aware that if you paid for shipping when you placed your order, we will not credit you for that cost when we receive your return. Your return might be sent back at a customer-payable additional cost if it doesn’t meet the requirements.

Afterpay Returns The procedure is the same if you want to return something you bought using AfterPay. You will receive store credit for the full cost of the returned item unless it is defective. Until all of your instalments are paid, AfterPay will continue to charge you.

Return processing While we strive to complete returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our Sydney warehouse, there may be delays during high volume periods, particularly during the holiday season. Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at hellomolly.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchases that total more than the value of the store credit call for another form of payment for the unpaid balance.
  • After the date of issuance, store credit is still good for 12 months.
  • Store credit is given in the same currency as your purchase.
  • By using store credit, you signify that you accept our Terms.
  • By logging into your Hello Molly account, you can see the remaining value of your store credit.

Faulty Items

All products are thoroughly inspected by the Hello Molly team before being shipped to our customers. Although we guarantee the quality of our products, if you discover a manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected]. com as soon as possible. Without prior photographic proof of the error, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
