Warranty Policy

1. LIMITED WARRANTY. ONLY TO CUSTOMERS FOR (i) RESALE; OR (ii) USE IN BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, OR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE, ARE ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY GRAINGER WARRANTED. Unless otherwise stated, GRAINGER warrants products against flaws in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase from GRAINGER. GRAINGER MAY, AT ITS OPTION: (i) REPAIR; (ii) REPLACE; OR (iii) REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER, PROVIDED THAT GRAINGER ACCEPTS THE PRODUCT FOR RETURN DURING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. Customer must ship the product back to the designated GRAINGER branch or authorized service location with shipping costs covered, as determined by GRAINGER. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer shall be GRAINGER’s repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by the customer for the product.

2. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. A. GRAINGER DOES NOT MAKE OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT THAN THAT SET FORTH IN THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. GRAINGER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO PRODUCT MISTUSE, PRODUCT SELECTION, PRODUCT INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR, OR MISTAPPLICATION. GRAINGER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (iii) DO NOT AND WILL NOT INFRINGE UPON OTHERS’ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

B. GRAINGER DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES TO PEOPLE WHOM THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY-FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION IMPROVEMENT ACT DEFINES AS CONSUMERS.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. GRAINGER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES GRAINGER’S LIABILITY IS NEVER TO EXCEED AND IS ALWAYS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

4. Warranty Product Return. Before returning any item, the customer must (i) contact the local Grainger branch where the item was purchased (by phone or letter); (ii) in the case of an online order, contact www.grainger.com grainger. com and give the date, the original invoice number, the stock number, and a description of the defect; or (iii) call customer service at 1-888-361-8649 and give the date, the original invoice number, the stock number, and the defect description. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. 5. Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please get in touch with your neighborhood Grainger store or call Customer Care at 1-888-361-8649 for details on a specific manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Product Compliance and Suitability. Different jurisdictions have different laws, codes, and rules governing the creation, installation, and/or application of products for a specific use. It’s possible that some goods aren’t sold everywhere. Neither does Grainger accept liability for the design, manufacture, installation, or use of a product, nor does it guarantee that the products it sells comply with any laws, codes, or regulations.
