How can I return something if I bought it at your event?
Let’s face it, returns can be somewhat inconvenient. You have to return the item you ordered because it was defective. Yawn. Don’t worry, though; just try to make it as seamless as you can.
You should be aware that anything you buy from a Gymshark event can only be returned for store credit; exchanges are not currently available.
Simply contact the Customer Support team by clicking one of the links at the bottom of this article and provide them with the information below:

- Delivery address
- Take a picture or make a scan of your receipt, which the cashier will have given you at the event.
