An overview of how our brands handle returns and exchanges is provided below. It should be noted that returns can only be made at the store where the item was originally purchased (i.e., Gap items cannot be returned to Old Navy, Athleta, Banana Republic, or Banana Republic Factory).
Will Gap accept returns after 45 days?
Items purchased between October 24 and December 24 online or in-store may be returned by January 15 or 45 days after purchase, whichever comes first. Online purchases that are being returned by mail must be received at our facility by January 15th or 45 days after the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.
