THE NORTH FACE® ONLINE RETURNS

Within 60 days, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return.

You must return the item(s) and place a new order if you want something in a different size or color. Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a refund.

If you decide to return something, your entire purchase price—including any applicable shipping fees—will be refunded. If you bought multiple items but only returned one or a few of them, we’ll give you a pro-rata refund of the shipping costs you may have incurred overall. For instance, if you bought three items and returned two of them, we’d refund you two-thirds of the shipping fees you paid.

Returns must be in their original packaging, including the hand tag, and unworn and in the same condition as when you received them.

HOW TO REQUEST A FREE RETURN

1 – CREATE & PRINT A RETURN LABEL

Click the TRACK MY ORDER link or the RETURN YOUR ORDER button (for registered users, you can also access your order history from MY ACCOUNT). Once you are on the order page, click the Create a Return button. Type in your Order Number (8-digit reference) and your email address. Choose the products you might want to return, the justification for the return, and the preferred method of return (drop off at a drop-off location or carrier pick up at the desired address). Print the provided return label and adhere to the process’ instructions.

2 – PACK YOUR RETURN

Pack the items you would like to return. We advise reusing the polybag or box you were given. Attach the return label to the outside of your package and firmly seal it. Make sure to remove or void any previous shipping labels, stickers, or other materials.

3. Drop the goods off at the carrier or give them to them.

During business hours, leave the package at the chosen location, or wait at your address for the delivery service to arrive. When the carrier is scheduled to deliver the package, make sure someone is home.

4 – RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND

As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, you will get an email confirmation. Once our quality assurance team has examined the returned item(s), your refund will be processed. Up to 14 days may pass before the refund appears on your account.

Until they arrive at our warehouse, the goods are under your control, so pack them carefully and in a way that prevents damage.

You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to return them for a refund if you are dissatisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about buying them after we’ve emailed you your Order Confirmation. You can exercise this right of withdrawal without incurring any fees and without providing a reason.

Please be aware that you are in charge of keeping the Products secure, safe, and in good condition while they are in your possession.

In the event of returns due to change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will receive a full refund minus the cost of express delivery shipping, if you selected that shipping option.

Along with the foregoing, we also acknowledge the legal 2-year (or any longer time frame that may be stipulated by your local law) guarantee for product flaws. If a product is delivered damaged or develops a manufacturing or material defect within two years (or the longer time frame that may be specified by your local law) of purchase, it is considered “faulty.” Please be aware that products damaged by normal wear and tear are not necessarily defective.
