REFUNDS

• Any unworn item that is sent to us within 14 days of your receipt and is still equipped with all security tags and labels is welcome for return.
• Your payment will be reversed to the credit card used by the initial buyer. If the item is on sale, the refund will be given as store credit; however, it may also be exchanged.
• Returns for refund are handled within two to three working days of receiving the item, but depending on your bank’s processing time, card refunds can take up to ten working days to be completed. This can vary significantly between card issuers, and regrettably we have no control over this.
• Refunds in the form of store credit will be available right away following 2-3 days of processing and will be sent to you via email as a code.
