Returning to a Store

  • Visit your local Bloomingdale’s store
  • Bring the item you wish to return, along with your order invoice (making sure the bar code is attached).
  • No receipt? Well credit your Bloomingdales account. No Bloomingdales account? We will issue a merchandise credit. If you didn’t use your Bloomingdales card and don’t have a receipt, you’ll get the item for the lowest selling price over the previous 180 days.
