Can I Make an In-Store Return on an Online Purchase?
Yes, absolutely.
Simply return your items to ANY Banana Republic store (not a Banana Republic Factory store) with the original tags still attached.
You can obtain a refund or exchange by using either your online invoice OR your packing slip as evidence of your purchase.
They do.
When you use the Returns Portal at Banana Republic, they will happily pay the return shipping fees on all refunds and exchanges.
As soon as they receive the item(s), they will immediately reimburse your original method of payment for a straight refund.
For an exchange, they ask that you contact them first to make sure they send you the correct replacement item.
At a Banana Republic Factory location, the return policy is EXACTLY the same.
Using the pre-paid return shipping label, you have 30 days to return an item in-person or online.
If you don’t have a gift receipt, you’ll get a gift card for the item’s last sale price instead.
If you want a cash refund, you must present the receipt or verify that the gift-giver still has it.
