What is Vuori Return Policy?
We take great pride in our product warranty, which we like to refer to as our “Investment in Happiness.” This means that whatever your goal, we want you to love the fit, fabric, and performance of our products. Simply send your Vuori purchase back for a refund or online credit if you’re not entirely satisfied.
Within 120 days, we accept returns from online and Vuori Retail Store customers for a refund* to the original form of payment. We’ll also give you a pre-paid shipping label for simple returns if you make an online purchase.
We are happy to provide credit that can be used to shop online or in our Vuori Retail Stores if you would like to return an item after the 120-day window has passed. Please have your receipt ready.
*All Vuori Sale merchandise is final sale; it cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

How to create a return?

How to get a Gift Card
- The name on the order (the purchaser)
- The order number
- The item(s) you are returning, including their size, color, and style
If the gift was purchased at one of our Vuori Stores, just bring your return in and we’d be happy to help you in person.
How do I create an exchange?
Direct exchanges are currently not possible. Please fill out our RETURN FORM and notify us by email at [email protected] if you would like to exchange your order for a different size or color. If you mention your order number, we’ll give you the same discount and free shipping on your subsequent purchases.
We acknowledge that this exchange procedure isn’t ideal, and we appreciate your patience as we try to work within the constraints of our current system.

Black Friday Gift with Purchase
This winter, we are thrilled to provide you with an exclusive Black Friday deal that will keep you a little warmer. online purchases after discounts of over $130 26th) will have the option to add an exclusive Holiday Beanie in Salt to their carts while supplies last.
