Returning In-Store Purchases In-store purchases may be returned to any store location. Find a store near you to check hours and address information. Please note, items purchased in our stores cannot be returned via post as we’re unable to process store transactions at our Distribution Centre. Most returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Changed your mind about a furniture piece you bought online?

• If the item is unopened and in sellable condition, we will be happy to accept it back for a refund.
