If you’re unhappy with a Coach purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange. You can return Coach goods by mail or in person at a Coach store (returning to a Coach store is covered in more detail below). All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.

  • For U. S. Returns to Coach. Use the Prepaid UPS Domestic Return Label that was provided with your order to return items to Amazon.com. Keep the bottom portion of the label with the tracking number and tape the Prepaid UPS Domestic Return Label to the shipping box. Take your package to a UPS location. UPS Stores, UPS drop boxes, UPS customer centers, and authorized retail stores are among the available locations. You can find your closest UPS location at www. ups. com/dropoff. Within 3-5 business days of receipt, returns and exchanges will be processed.

Canada, APO/FPO Returns

  • Please ship your package via an insured, traceable means (ex. UPS, FedEx, USPS). Return to: CSI Returns One Coach Way Jacksonville, FL 32218.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns to Stores

  • New, unused, merchandise purchased on Coach. Within 30 days of purchase, only items purchased from Coach Retail stores (excluding airport and department stores) may be exchanged or returned.
  • New, unused, merchandise purchased on Coachoutlet. com can only be returned or exchanged at a Coach Outlet location within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • A refund will be given in the original form of payment when accompanied by an authentic online order invoice. One should be aware that only Coach Merchandise Cards may be exchanged for purchases made with PayPal or other 3rd party payment processors.
  • A refund will be given for a Coach Merchandise Card at the lowest price within the previous 30 days even without an original online order invoice.

Returns from a purchase using PayPal

  • Any brand-new, unused items returned to our Jacksonville facility within 30 days of purchase will be gladly refunded to the original PayPal account (see above for address).
  • Orders returned to our Jacksonville facility that were paid for using PayPal at this time are not eligible for exchanges, but they are eligible for a merchandise credit that can be used to buy new merchandise.

Price Adjustments
