With UPS free returns, we’ve made it simple to return an item you bought online to our warehouse.

Simply complete the returns slip that’s provided in the parcel we delivered to you, then apply the UPS label to the front of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Drop Point.

As your unwanted items are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, please keep your shipping receipt as proof of delivery.

Check the email we sent you when we shipped your order if you didn’t receive a return slip; if not, you can include a written note with your name, order number, and the reason for return. You can contact Customer Experience or log into your account at My Account, My Orders, and choose to reprint a free returns label.

Items purchased between November 1, 2022, and December 11, 2022, both online and in-store, may be returned until January 9, 2023, with proof of purchase.
