How do I check the status of or track an order?

When your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email to let you know how it is doing. Additionally, this email will give you access to tracking details and the ability to check the status of your order from the comfort of your computer. You can also check the status of your order from the website; just click Order Status in the top right corner. To find out the status of your order, you will need your confirmation number and email address.

Why did I not receive a packslip with my order?

Your package might not contain a paper invoice in an effort to improve our environmental sustainability. To locate your order details on the website and print your return label, locate your order number from your order confirmation email. Please bring your order to the store to return it, and a staff member will handle the rest. For returns on this order, you may use the order email as your receipt. For complete information on our return procedure, please refer to the return policy online.

Holiday 2022 Return Policy: You have until January 31, 2023 to return any purchases you made between November 1, 2022 and December 24, 2022. If a valid receipt for a purchase made within this time period is included with the return or exchange, the price paid in the original form of tender will be credited. Between November 1, 2022, and December 24, 2022, in-store gift purchases may be returned for a credit of the price paid in the form of a merchandise credit, or as a merchandise exchange when returning in store, through January 31, 2023 with a valid gift receipt. Merchandise purchased in store may be returned only in store. Online or physical stores both accept returns of merchandise bought online.

Unworn, unwashed, and defective items can be returned or exchanged to LOFT by mail or online. With the exception of items from the Maternity and Swimwear Collections, unworn, unwashed, and defective goods may also be returned or exchanged at any LOFT store location. Please be aware that the Ann Taylor, LOFT Outlet, and Ann Taylor Factory store locations do not accept returns for online purchases.

Within 30 days of the purchase, we will credit you for returns with proof of purchase for the price paid, either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. You will receive an online e-gift certificate for the sum paid by the sender for gifts returned within 30 days of the transaction date. Returns made more than 30 days after the original purchase date with a receipt will receive a credit for the item’s current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit* or a merchandise exchange. You may only make one price adjustment on full-priced items within seven days of the original purchase date.

Returns without a receipt will receive a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price as of the date of the return. Products without proof of purchase or with selling prices that are deemed final sales as of the return date are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Under the following circumstances, we will accept the return of your unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise:

A LOFT store is the only location where merchandise purchased there can be returned.

ONLY LOFT OUTLET STORES will accept returns of items that were purchased there.

Returns that are accompanied by a valid original receipt and are made within 30 days of the purchase date are refunded in the form of an exchange or credit for the amount originally paid. After 30 days, returns will receive a merchandise credit or an exchange for the current selling price.

The price on the receipt will be credited to returns with a valid gift receipt or exchange receipt made within 30 days of the transaction date in the form of a merchandise credit or exchange. The current selling price will be deducted from returns that are made more than 30 days after the transaction date.

Returns without a receipt will receive a merchandise credit or exchange for the selling price in effect on the date of the return.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE (merchandise with . 44, . 77 or . 88 cent price endings) cannot be exchanged or returned, regardless of whether a receipt is present.

MERCHANDISE CREDITS: To obtain or use a merchandise credit, valid photo identification must be shown.

One price adjustment may be made on full-priced items within seven days of the purchase date. You must provide an authentic original receipt in order to receive an adjustment.

RETURNED CHECKS will incur a service fee of $25 or the maximum amount permitted by law. As well as service fees, the allowable fee for checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds may be electronically debited from your account using a bank draft drawn from your account.

Gift cards from ANN TAYLOR and LOFT must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions. Please consult the gift card’s back for all applicable terms and conditions, or ask a salesperson.

LOFT OUTLET PRICE POLICY: “Original” or “Ticket” prices are those for our offerings that are listed on our ticket. This means that although we may not have sold the item at that price, we did offer the goods in our stores at those prices. The savings from these prices that we display on our receipts might not reflect actual sales of the item at the “Original” or “Ticket” prices. There’s a chance that some “Original” or “Ticket” prices weren’t valid for the previous 90 days.

Upon receipt of your package, a refund will be applied in accordance with our return policy guidelines. If using our prepaid return label, $7. 95 will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.

Please be aware that processing return credit for items not listed on the return invoice may take an additional 2-3 weeks or longer if returns from different orders are shipped using the same return label. This is because these items will need to be examined separately. Take note that, in the case of these items, the date the return was received will be regarded as the date the return was processed. Depending on how long it takes to process the return, you might only receive a merchandise credit rather than a complete refund to your original form of payment. We advise shipping each return separately and only including items that are listed on the return invoice for the quickest return process and to guarantee that you receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Gift Cards are available in denominations of: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, $500, $1000. We do not currently support the sale of US or Canadian gift cards to international customers or the redemption of US or Canadian gift cards for internationally-shipped orders. Gift Cards purchased in Canadian Stores can only be redeemed at our Canadian Store locations.

The tax and standard shipping for our gift cards are free. The value of the Gift Card(s) will be deducted from the item subtotal if you are purchasing additional items in addition to your Gift Card(s) before tax and base shipping rates are calculated.

When is an eReceipt delivered? A: eReceipts are delivered in almost real-time. Most of the time, you will get an eReceipt before leaving the store.

I requested an eReceipt, but I never got one. What can I do? A: The eReceipt will be sent as soon as the system issue has been fixed. We also recommend that you check your email spam folder. Add us to your address book if the eReceipt is there to ensure that it always goes to your inbox. Please note: at this time, eReceipts cannot be re-sent.

Is my eReceipt valid for a return or exchange? A: It is. Your eReceipt can be printed out or retrieved from a tablet or smartphone.

Can you look up my eReceipt using my email address? Unfortunately, we are unable to do so at this time.

What is Lofts return policy?

The return period for purchases made between November 1, 2022 and December 24, 2022 is from January 31, 2023. If a valid receipt for a purchase made within this time period is included with the return or exchange, the price paid in the original form of tender will be credited.

How strict is loft return policy?
