Please be aware that some of our products must ship by ground within the United States due to shipping regulations. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U. S. Virgin Islands. Orders are processed in the order that they are received Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon EST (Monday through Thursday) and before 11 a.m. EST (Friday) won’t be processed until the following business day.

Please use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order. For the convenience of our customers, we provide a Buy Online, Return In Store program at all Kiehl’s freestanding locations. Furthermore, we provide simple returns through Narvar for orders placed after 11/8/2022. To begin a return and create a shipping label, merely click here. Please return by your preferred carrier to the shipping address at the bottom of this page for orders purchased before November 8, 2022. Customers are responsible for return fees.

You must still start a return online here if you want to send your package back with your own personal mail service. Before sending, make sure to start the online returns process. You’ll get a copy of your invoice to include in the return package that’s encouraged as the justification for your return. We advise including insurance protection in your return shipment and keeping a record of your return tracking number to ensure prompt and secure delivery. We regret that at this time, return shipping costs are not refunded. We respectfully request that you enclose the sales receipt and/or invoice with any returns for our bookkeeping needs.

After the package is received, the return process can take 1-2 business days to finish and 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Your original payment method will receive a credit, and you will receive an email to let you know.
