  • There are some exclusions for returns, including but not limited to: Gift cards cannot be returned unless mandated by law. It is only possible to return packaged software if the original packaging has not been opened. Software download/upgrades are not returnable.   • We will send you a replacement of the same or a comparable product if you received a damaged or defective item. Claims received after this point may be denied by HP. Before sending the replacement, HP might require that you return the original item.
