This limited warranty covers any defects or hardware component failures that may happen during regular use while your EVGA hardware product is still covered by the EVGA warranty. The terms described below will also apply to EVGA hardware accessories that were provided with the EVGA warranted hardware product. This warranty does not apply to accessories that are sold separately; instead, if applicable, they may be covered by the warranty that comes with the accessory.

These warranty conditions apply to purchases made by the product’s original owner in the continental United States, Mexico, and Canada ON or AFTER September 1, 2013, regardless of where the purchase was made.

EVGA provides a limited warranty to the original owner with a valid invoice from an authorized EVGA reseller starting from the date of purchase.   • Direct painting, dipping the accessory in oil, or applying glue or adhesive to any area of the mobile device

  • Damages or defects brought on by incorrect testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment that were not provided by or approved by EVGA Corporation
  • Use of subpar shipping packaging or packing materials that cause product damage while being transported by your shipping courier
  • This warranty may become void if the OS or boot loader are altered, including but not limited to by unlocking and rooting the device.
  • Products delivered in a state not covered by these warranty conditions will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. With written permission, the customer may ask to have the item recycled rather than returned.

This Limited Warranty covers batteries only if battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity or the battery leaks, and this Limited Warranty does not cover any battery if:

  • The battery was charged using a battery charger that EVGA Corporation did not designate or approve for charging the battery with.
  • Any of the battery’s seals are broken or exhibit signs of tampering.
  • Other than the EVGA CORPORATION Tablet for which it is designated, the battery has been used in other equipment.

Product Warranty Replacement:

  • After receiving the product, EVGA Corporation reserves the right to examine the sufficiency of your warranty and your request for warranty service.
  • When a product is incomplete, damaged, or modified and must be repaired or replaced or when you are not eligible for any coverage under EVGA’s warranty, EVGA reserves the right to charge shipping costs, retain your warranty, and charge you a service fee. The actual material and labor costs to replace damaged or missing parts and restore them to their factory specifications determine service fees.
  • Products that are sent in for RMA will either be repaired and returned to the sender or replaced with a thoroughly tested, recertified product that has equal to or better performance.

  • To PO Boxes, hotels, or forwarding addresses, EVGA does not send warranty replacements.
  • You are liable for a redirect or re-ship fee that varies by region if your warranty replacement cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or delivery cannot be met because of lack of access, an unknown address, security barriers, or gated areas To avoid this charge, get in touch with EVGA before shipping.
