Airport locations

  • Will have policies in place for your early or late return and will permit returns after hours. For specific instructions, please check with the rental location when picking up your rental vehicle.
  • Please take note that unless prior arrangements have been made with the original renting location, vehicles should be returned to the same location where they were picked up.
  • An additional drop fee might be applied if you return your rental car to the airport after picking it up there instead.

Non-airport locations

  • Require the return of their rental cars during regular business hours.
  • When picking up your vehicle, you must inquire if an “after hours” service drop box is available if you want to return a vehicle when the rental location is closed. Doing so will help you avoid additional charges.
  • Please be aware that a vehicle returned after business hours won’t be checked in until the following day. When returning after business hours or on a day when a location is closed, the customer is in charge of the vehicle until the rental car is returned successfully the following workday.
